With two decades of commercial leadership and contracts management / administration experience in the construction industry, I founded Pedal Consulting to provide specialized, independent advisory, and fractional commercial management services to businesses across South East Queensland. My focus is on delivering high-impact, practical commercial strategies that help local and regional projects, and businesses thrive.

Throughout my 20-year career, I have delivered comprehensive commercial outcomes across the full spectrum of the construction industry - from small, bespoke local developments to complex, large-scale tier-one projects. My expertise is rooted in managing commercial frameworks, the strict statutory compliance required by the Building Industry Fairness (BIF) Act and managing standard and modified form contracts. Whether I am untangling complex contract clauses, tightening procurement, drafting precise payment schedules, or managing dispute resolution, my goal is to give clients the clarity they need to mitigate risk, protect their margins, and keep projects moving forward

The name "Pedal" reflects more than just forward momentum. As a former competitive cyclist, I understand that long-term success requires rigorous preparation, tactical precision, and the endurance to push through complex, high-pressure challenges. I bring that exact same discipline to every contract review, negotiation, and commercial strategy, ensuring your business is always best positioned. 

Outside of the office I have three children, two dogs and a wife with no end of renovation projects for me to complete.
